You can cancel an order until it has not been shipped from our warehouse. Any amount paid will be refunded back to the same mode as was chosen by you to make the payment within 5-7 working days.
Please note we do not accept the order cancellation request once your order has been shipped.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / returnable items
Certain types of items can be returned, like plastic products where chances of breakage may arise in transit. Customer is required to click good quality photos and make a short video as a proof and send it across to our customer care team. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. The items must be return within 2-3 days of item delivered.
Once your complaint request has been approved, our courier company will pick up the package within 5-7 working days.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items and non- cleaning products.
After we receive the product, the product will go under inspection and the final decision on the replacement and return of the goods shall be made after quality check within 48 hours. Warranty shall be void if the Customer fails to comply with all of the terms set forth.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not within 48 hours. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 working days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
